She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice LeRoy Hooks and Dee Hooks; and her sister Jean Hooks. She is survived by: her brothers, Maurice Hooks and Charlie Hooks; and her children, David Jensen, Annie Jensen and April Collett. She is also survived by grandchildren.
