She was predeceased by: her mother Connie Creamer; and her brother Scott Creamer. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kenna), Jeffrey (Melissa), Jacob (Netti), Steven (Danelle), Kristina (Andrew Johnson) and Derek (Rebecca); her father Richard Creamer; her siblings, Laurie Allen (Brett), LaMar Creamer (Tami), Peggy Harding (Tim) and Becky Moone (AJ); and her in-laws, Jack and Yvonne Chalmers. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
