We bid farewell to Kaylene Chalmers of Smithfield, Utah, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 2, 2025. Kaylene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her mother Connie Creamer; and her brother Scott Creamer. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kenna), Jeffrey (Melissa), Jacob (Netti), Steven (Danelle), Kristina (Andrew Johnson) and Derek (Rebecca); her father Richard Creamer; her siblings, Laurie Allen (Brett), LaMar Creamer (Tami), Peggy Harding (Tim) and Becky Moone (AJ); and her in-laws, Jack and Yvonne Chalmers. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (640 E 200 N, Smithfield, UT 84335). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
