She is survived by: her parents, Palray Taylor (Jill Taylor) and Cecily Taylor (Daren Crowe); her siblings, Trinity Samowitz (Luke Samowitz), Jason Anderson and Andie Anderson; her grandchildren, Ilene Kellogg, Presiding, Conducting, Bishop Jacob MoonRose Canyon and Ward; her cousins, Ashlynn Bagley, Mason, Avree Prince, Maelee Knight, Ally Forman, Jace, Sharing of Memories, Audrey White, Norah and Cambree Falslev; her uncles, Jim Forman and Chris Falslev; and her cousins, Julian Forman and Trever White. She is also survived by many grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and step-siblings.
