He was predeceased by: his parents, Rulon Marchant Newman and Winifred Dinah Eleanor Rudd; his siblings, RJ Newman, Rosaline Chandler and Dennis G. Newman; and his son-in-law Mark Staples.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Lewis Newman; his children, Marla D. Haight (Richard), Curtis C. Newman (Teresa), David L. Newman (Josh), Dona L. Staples, Deborah S. Nobles (Rick), Brenda J. Caudill (Brent) and Randall W. Newman (Drueanna); and his siblings, Ann Yearsley, David B. Newman and Danny K Newman. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren.
