He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Alan Smith (Susan), Shawn Smith, Traci Smith and Kyle Smith (Melissa); and his siblings, Mark Smith (Jean), Wayne Smith (Nancy), Kelly Smith (Heidi) and Becky McCarty (Bryan). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
