He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrum Matthew Holt and Helen Bertoch; his son Robert; his siblings, Renee, Rex and David; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Holt and Sam Pino.
He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Annette Newman (Wade) of South Jordan, Stephen Holt (Kathy) of Riverton and Brad Holt (Susan) of Riverton; and his sisters, Nancy Cowdell (Bruce) and June Pino. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 (soon to be 20) great-grandchildren.
