He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bliss Boulden and Helen Doris Ostrander Boulden; and his brothers, Don Boulden and Kirk Boulden. He is survived by: his wife Loraine Brown Boulden; his children, William Boulden, Timothy Boulden and Kimberly Hall; and his sisters, Rita Lyman and Linda Boulden. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
