It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Petersen (South Jordan, Utah), who passed away on December 27, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley John Petersen and Vida Carlson Petersen; and his siblings, Gail Harrison, Beth Misrasi, Audrey Hibler and Lester Petersen.
He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, April Garner (Glen), Kristen Ivory (Randy), Marci Burnside (Paul), Sterling Petersen (Lisa), John Petersen (Kathleen), Jeffrey Petersen (Nan), Michelle Douglas (Blaine), Brandon Petersen and Keshia Jolley (Austin); and his sisters, Jean Richer, Lareen Fox, Mary Kate Christensen and Karla McRenolds. He is also survived by 39 grandchildren and 12 going on 14 great-grandchildren.
