He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell W. Kirk and Nola Gem Wardle Kirk; and his brother Kerry William Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Flor Kirk; his sisters, Laury Kirk Lugo and Keralee Peterson (Jan); and his children, Jennifer Blackburn (Dave), Jason Kirk and Samuel Kirk Ken (Ashley). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and many loved nieces and nephews.
