She was predeceased by: her father Joe Salazar; her sister Florence Britton; and her grandchild Jocelynn Guynn. She is survived by: her mother Alice Salazar; her husband Bill Lehman; her daughters, Letisha Bosch, Brynn Lehman and Carli Hastings; her grandchildren, Jayden Guynn and Lucas Hastings; and her siblings, Francis Yazzie, Floyd Yazzie, Bryan Yazzie, Jackie Porter and Natalie Martinez. She is also survived by many Cousins, Nephews and Nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the South Jordan Highland Ward (10115 S Yorkshire Dr, South Jordan, UT 84095). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Madsen House (Sam & Lita's Home).
