He is survived by: his children, Stephen, Tracey Munk (Jeff), Kelly Munk (Stefani) and Kevin Munk (Gina); the mother of his children Etta Munk; his stepchildren, Shari Douglas, Scott Stagliano and Isaac Adams; and his siblings, Richard, Pete, David, Michael, Robert, Emerett and Margaret. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
