A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Butler 11th Ward Chapel (1845 7200 S, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Elysian Burial Gardens (1075 E 4580 S, Millcreek, UT 84117).
