Merlin leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Merlin’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Merlin will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Wilson and Esther Wilson; his parents-in-law, Bryce and Mona Allred; his brother Wade Wilson; and his nephew Brian Allred.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Highland 7th Ward Building (10115 S Yorkshire Dr, South Jordan, UT 84009).
