He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Severson and Pauline Severson; his siblings, Wayne, Joyce Sawaya (James) and Betty Hawkes (Warren); his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Severson and Brent Howcroft; and his nephew Paul Sawaya.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Cain; his brother Richard Severson; his sister-in-law Pam Howcroft; his children, Wayne Severson (Anna), Kathy Harris (Keith), Greg Severson (Kellie) and Andrea "Andy" Lawson (Baric); and his grandchildren, Aaron, Mischon, Melyssa, Matt, Devin, Shalee, Dustin, Cole, Nathan, Ryder and Katelyn.
