With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rebecca Jean Nilsen Sutton (South Jordan, Utah), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As Rebecca departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Rebecca. Though Rebecca may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Edgar and Margaret Bennion Nilsen; her brothers, Ben, Brent, Gary and Bryan; her close friend Richard Sutton; and her daughter Sarah.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Jenkins-Soffe South Valley Mortuary (1007 West South Jordan Parkway, South Jordan, UT 84095). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
