He was predeceased by: his parents, Verne Grimsley and Amelia Nickerson Grimsley; his brothers, Nick (Joanne), Leo (Sandy) and Alen Grimsley; his grandchildren, Cameron Nichols, Krystal Thorpe Furse and Alyssa McCullough; and his great grandchildren, Zander Jones and Aspen Blonquist.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Irene Hogan; and his daughters, Lesa McCullough (Steve), Robin Wilde (Douglas), Carolee Johnson (Dee), Evette Nichols (Troy) and Andrea Thorpe (Kirk). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (10124 S 1300 W, South Jordan, UT 84095). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
