He was predeceased by: his parents, Manton Gibbs and Flora James Gibbs; and his brother Manton Gibbs Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Mary Whitehouse (Jeremy), Bob Gibbs (LoriAnn), Lucy Lance, Sue Cragun (Matt), Jimmy Gibbs (Mandy), Stephanie Hughes (Ben), Amy Woodbury (Trevor), Nestor Maloles (Winnie), Ferdinand Maloles and Juliet Maloles. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
