He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Indy Phillips; his parents, William G. Phillips and Joyce Miller (Roy); his brothers, Greg Miller, Eddie Crosby, Johnny Crosby (Lou) and Ronnie Crosby; and his nephews, Lony Crosby and Gilbert Wood Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Phillips; his children, Kimm McConnachie (Kenny), Joff Phillips (Asenath), Brian Phillips (MacKenzie) and Chayne Phillips (Andrea); his grandchildren, Jarin, Ruby, Ashtian, Dean, Curly, Sylas and Tracker; his pets, Tigger, Nacho, Parrots Hazel and Rio; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Wood (Gill) and David Crosby (Nyla). He is also survived by several aunts/uncles, nieces/nephews.
