He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo George Higley and Katherina Barbara Johnson Higley; and his siblings, Rulon Milo Higley, Paul Higley, Marjorie Moss and Geraldine Everett.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Millfred Higley; and his sisters, Colleen Hughes, LeeAnn Higley-Carlyle and Barbara May (Quinn).
