He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Betty; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his sister Becky; and his children, Dixie, DeLana, Jennifer and Calvin. He is also survived by grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
