He is survived by: his brother Darwin Passey; his sibling's children, ChyAnne Rasmussen (Allen) and Shane Passey (Carly); his sister-in-law Cherie Glon (Tom); and his stepsiblings, Debbie Wassom (Steve), Peter Jeppsen (Jean), Cathy York, Bonnie Olaveson (Alan), Susan Fairbourne, Mary (Brian) and Laura Medrano.
