He is survived by: his children, Aiden Thomas Perry (Nicole) and Addison Denise Martindale (Corben); his wife Tangi; the mother of his child Sandra Tippets (Mark); his siblings, Mark Perry (Cori), Talina Roberts (Rand), Shauna Hatch (Sam), Timothy Perry (Sarah) and Joseph Perry (Catherine); his grandmother April Longhurst; and his in-laws, Carl Lynn Richards (LaNae), Teresa Carter, Jeff Richards (Kristy), Toni Gilbert, Chuck Richards (Danielle), Austin Migliori (Miranda) and Ashley White.
