He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Trevor Brooks (Cherri), Aubree Brooks, Tasha Lewis (Bryce) and Justin Brooks (Amber); and his grandchildren, Kyler, Azure, Zander Brooks, Jared, Conner Lewis, Brylee, Kanyon and Kolter Brooks.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Chapel (160 460 W, Salem, UT 84653). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Salem City Cemetery (865 150 E, Salem, UT 84653).
