He is survived by: his wife Christi Jensen Wolsey; his daughter Arica Dutson (Chase); his father-in-law Terry B Jensen; his brother-in-law Tracy Jensen (Natalie Jensen); his siblings, Kelly Orton, Michael Wolsey (Pam) and Joanne Ford; his sister-in-law Lisa Wolsey; and his brother Kevin Curtis.
