She was predeceased by : her mother Vivian Gull Johnson; her husband Fred Sandage Sr.; her father Elmer Johnson; and her parents-in-law, Jake and Lucile Sandage.

She is survived by : her children, Fred Jr. Sandage (Anji) of Taylorsville, Kim Seaich (Jarom) of St George and Rick Sandage (Kristy) of Elk Ridge; her sister Denise Snyder (Roland) of Alpine; her stepmother Marilyn Johnson; and her sister-in-law Sue Raile (JayDee) of Mesa, Arizona.. She is also survived by friends, coworkers, neighbors, and many relatives.

“I loved Deann and Fred both and am sad but so happy they are together again! I’m so glad I had the opportunity to meet with them weekly for the last year. I loved seeing them and receiving their treats. They always made me feel welcome and treated me like family. I’m so sorry for your loss but know Fred is so happy they are together.
