He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Sheen Cole and Thaddius Debbs Cole; his stepmother Zeeliah Cole; his son Don Ross Cole; his siblings, Douglas Cole (Doris), Stan Cole (Callie) and Jane Jex (Art); his siblings-in-law, Grace Cole, Ermalee Bills (Dick), Edward Beck and Dallas Adams; and his nephew Doug Cole.
He is survived by: his friend Kenneth Larsen; his sons, Glen Cole (Julie) of Salem and Michael Cole (Natalie) of Salem; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Adams and Barbara Ann Beck. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, many cherished nieces and nephews, and close family friends.
