He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Glenn Cox and Mildred Bernice Johnson; and his wife Gloria Geniel Domgaard. He is survived by: his children, Terrie Black (Brent), Cheryl Wheelwright (David), Sheldon Cox (Georgia), Steven Cox (Relma) and Nathan Cox (Melanie); his pet Sadie; his grandchildren, Jeremy Black (Kelsie), Douglas Black, Jason Black (Teisha), Kelsey Flynn (Sean), Matthew Wheelwright, Trisha Wheelwright, Kacie Moore (Andy), Alison Quirl (Tal), Shelby Walker (Terry), Kaden Cox (Kaitlyn), Connor Cox (Jaycee), Ammon Cox (Madi), Brooklyn Judd (Brandon), Dillon Cox, Mikaela Cooper (Jake), Lydia Cox, Kendyl Cox and Sam Cox; and his siblings, Glenn Cox (Enid), Max Cox, Emma Dowda, Dora Smith and Phillip Cox. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (25 W Apple Blossom Wy, Salem, UT 84653). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Salem City Cemetery (965 S 130 E, Salem, UT 84653).
