We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jeffery Ellis Hartley (Spanish Fork, Utah), born in Ely, Nevada. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Daryl Conger. He is survived by: his parents, Ellis B. Hartley and JoAnne Nunley Hamblin; his former wife Ruthann D. Shaffer; his wife Monique; and his siblings, Brian Hartley (Lori), Caralee Hartley and Analynn Jenkins (Joshua). He is also survived by daughters.

The mortuary is asking that guests wear masks and practice social distancing guidelines.
