He was predeceased by: his wife Evva Stubbs; his son Jeremy Stubbs; his parents, Wesley Stubbs and Mina Stubbs; his brothers, John, Herald, Kenneth and Ronald Stubbs; and his great grandchildren, Kaden Mitchell and Elda Stubbs.

He is survived by: his children, Kyle Walrath (Tauna), Keri Cheney (Bill) and Konni Wattleworth (John). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
