With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joshua Phillips of Spanish Fork, Utah, who passed away on August 14, 2020 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Cindy. He is survived by: his father Brian (Pam); his children, Aaron and Zoey; his siblings, Melinda, Thomas (Jessie), Nichole (Geoffrey), Hannah (Taylor), Michael (Sarah) and Katelyn; and his grandparents, Carolyn, Blaine Phillips and Annette Nichols. He is also survived by 2 nephews and one niece.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to http://www.jdrf.org in honor of Joshua.
