She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Mendenhall and Auline Mendenhall; and her son Max. She is survived by: her son Scott (Teri); and her grandchildren, Jeramia (Michelle), Jimmy (Jamee), Nicole (Justin) and Nate (Aimee). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery (420 S 400 E, Spanish Fork, UT 84660).
