It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Mark Johansen (Spanish Fork, Utah), born in Provo, Utah, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Johansen and Ruth Johansen; his son Ronald David; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Doris Jorgensen.
He is survived by: his significant other Jacki; his children, Lori Carter (Jarid) of Santaquin, Mark (Shaelie) of Santaquin, Alan (Emilie) of Herriman, Brian of Salem and Kristen (Ricardo Calzada) of Salem; and his siblings, Lynn Bell (Bob) of Salt Lake, David (Julie) of Payson, Nathan (Betsy) of Provo, Shawn (Michelle) of Rexburg, ID, Mathew (Andrea) of Sydney Australia and Lisa Tucker (John) of Lindon. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
