She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Nelson; her parents, David Bowen and Bertha Bowen; her stepmother Hazel; and her brother Blair.
She is survived by: her children, Susan (Byron Woodland), Bill (Nancy Nelson), Karen (Chris Shepherd), Ann (Bret VanAusdal) and Dave (Jane Nelson). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 60 great-grandchildren.
