He is survived by: his siblings, Dave (Marita), Craig, Sharr and Chad (Tina); his children, Casey, Josh, Ambrosia (Rudy) and Whitney (Patrick); and his daughter-in-law Krista (Carey). He is also survived by many grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
