He is survived by: his children, Leslie Ann Ramage (Ted), Machele Wenger, Kevin Merrill Binks, Allison Binks (Tom Dolan) and Angela Binks Dean (Chad); his wife JoAnn Jones Harrison Binks; and his siblings, Rowene Vest (Billy), Mary Binks (Sandy Gustaveson), Richard Binks (Tammy) and Mark Binks (DeeAnn). He is also survived by his children and their families; and more nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, cowboys, coworkers, neighbors, and old friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Ponderosa Event Center (475 S Main St, Spanish Fork, UT 84660). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Salem City Cemetery (130 East 965 South, Salem, Utah).
