He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Hartley and Adda Hartley; his sister Sheila; and his son Claire. He is survived by : his children, Kent (Heather) and Kari (Kent); his wife Sandra Sparks; and his siblings, Robert (Gloria), Carolyn and Lou Ann. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
