He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Charles Hedman and Vera Alice Smith; and his children, Carol and Damon. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Johnson Canfield; his stepchildren, Paige, Jeri, Lance, April and Chris; and his former wife Zelda Hawk (Tom). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Memorial Mountain View Mortuary and Cemetery (3115 Bengal Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
