“Our SF 23rd Branch Team give our heart-felt condolences to Richard's family and loved ones. We will deeply miss him at Spanish Fork Rehab & Nursing. I'm glad I got to know him and hear pieces of his life's stories. We had plans underway we had hoped to accomplish. I'm sorry we were not granted more time with him.
