He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Ashby and Carol Ashby. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Ashby, Shelly Flores (Israel), Tyler Ashby and Sheri Ashby; his grandchildren, Ian and Penelope Flores; and his sister Karen Ashby.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1750 E 750 S, Spanish Fork, UT 84660).
