He was predeceased by: his father BJ Davis; and his siblings, Richard Davis (Rick), Doug Davis and Sue Craven. He is survived by: his children, Dan Nielsen (Tanesha), Austin Davis (Michelle) and Tasha Cloward (Brayden); his grandchildren, Kaezden, Karson, Jade, Haizley, Axyle, Kalvin and Wesley; and his siblings, Joe Davis (Dixie), Robert Davis, Jerry Davis, Ron Davis, Jeff Davis, Chris Davis, Dot Blake (James) and Jenny Snow (Craig). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
