It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas J. Balog (Spanish Fork, Utah), born in Price, Utah, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Michael Balog (Al) and Emma Alvey Balog; his stepdaughter Lisa Kaye Balog; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Verna Reed; his son John Craig Balog (Lisa Ann); his granddaughters, Madeline Kay Maldonado and Megan Lizan Poulson (Stephen Mathew); his great grandchildren, Mila McKay Pitayo, Evelyn Rose and Ezra Jack Poulson; and his brothers, Mike, Kent and Gary Balog.
