He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvine Lafayette Ely and Clara Phylis Tiffany Ely; his wife Toni Ely; and his pet Lucy Mae. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Ely (Sybrina) and Zac Ely; his siblings, Glade Ely (Sherri) and Karen Warren (Lee); and his pet George.
