He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Benjamin Lowery and Maurine Lowery; his brother Charles Benjamin Phiffer; and his in-laws, Kirk and Kaye Snow.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Snow; his children, Nicholas, Nathaniel (Callie), Bret, Billie (Julie) and Devon; his stepchildren, Joshua Diamond (Traci) and April Kimber; and his siblings, Colleen Bagley, Larry Lowery (Sherry) and Dianna Doty (Tony). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
