With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Llewellyn of Springville, Utah, born in Provo, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Lou and Fay Llewellyn; and his daughter Melissa. He is survived by : his wife Kathy of Springville; his children, Jason Davis (Karen), Brandi Gonzales (Gabe), Zac Davis (Kim) and Natalie Perkins (Ryan); and his siblings, Mike Llewellyn, Joan Mecham (Eric), SueAnn Llewellyn and Amy Llewellyn. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Doug was a passionate supporter of the Window World Cares Foundation and organized a variety of fundraisers for St. Jude Children's Hospital.
