He was predeceased by : his parents, Amanda Binks and Norris Binks; his brothers, Blair and Cornell; his son-in-law Dale Oakey; and his granddaughter Danielle Oakey.
He is survived by : his wife Collette Palfreyman; and his children, Christine Oakey, Debra Ann Gordon (Keith), Sandra Lee Ostler (Shane), Michael Glade Binks and Jennifer Reid (Jon). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
