He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Everett Nielson and Arlene King; his sister Eileen Colley; and his brother-in-law Marion Bennett. He is survived by: his children, Rachel Marie Pipkin (Charles), Roseanne Arlene Raught (Derek), Maryellen Ruth Nielson (Shawna) and Gordon Schuyler Nielson; and his grandchildren, Chas, Cherish, Emma, Katie, Mike, Leah Pipkin, Spencer Gordon, Kamden DeVere, Abigale Jean, Victoria Kaitlyn and Anna Elizabeth Raught. He is also survived by many other adopted children and grandchildren.
