He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Creviston and Garland Creviston. He is survived by: his children, Joe Creviston (Mindy), Jesse Dansie, Ginger Jessen and Lynnette Noyes. He is also survived by 13 grandkids, 7 sisters and 2 brothers.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Berg Mortuary Drawing Room Chapel (185 E Center St, Provo, UT 84606).
