He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John R Allen and Delia Freestone Allen; his brother Robert (Raliene); his children, Debra (Dennis), Sheryl (Kurt), Marvin (Lori), Beverly, Patricia, Janine (Greg) and Michael (Natalie); and his wife Hazel. He was also cherished by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
