Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Karl for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Otto Young and Glade Renee Lusty Young; his siblings, Kevin and Roni; and his daughter Heather.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his friend Otto. He is also survived by six children; fifteen grandchildren; five siblings.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Stake Center (555 Averett Ave, Springville, UT 84663).
