He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Weight Averett and Jane Johnson Averett; and his siblings, John Averett and Susan Riding. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fullmer of Springville, Utah; his children, Jodi Averett, Mark Averett (Stacey), Holli Carlson (Alec), Ashli Brooks (Ivan) and Scott Averett (Ali); his grandchildren, Gus, Scarlet, Codi, Nolan, Clyde, Lucy, June, Wayne and Dani; his siblings, Steven Averett (Nanette) and Tammy Oakey; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Averett and Ross Riding.
